THE PROJECT

Gerald Salmina, director of Streif – One Hell of a Ride, followed Bjørn over four years, from major hip surgery into the hunt for his next record: breaking the 100 km/h barrier in speed windsurfing in the Namibian desert. Along the way, the film takes us from Lüderitz to Gran Canaria, Maui, Cape Verde and France, and into some of the world’s biggest waves alongside his 17-year-old son Liam.

MY JOB

Gerald once again trusted me with the complete visual language of the project, from the graphics inside the film to the title design, official poster and the campaign that carried it into cinemas.

For the Success Boards and inserts, I drew all the lettering by hand on paper first, then brought it into the digital world and animated it.
